Neo Financial's current strategy for expanding its merchant network is unsustainable due to its reliance on aggressive growth tactics. To address this, we propose a strategic pivot that leverages a new customer segment by introducing a luxury offering within the merchant network. This approach aims to attract high-value customers who are seeking premium products and services.
Our proposed luxury option will be priced competitively compared to existing luxury brands, providing merchants with an attractive and affordable alternative to expand their customer base. Despite its lower price point, the offering will maintain a strong brand image and perceived value, ensuring it remains a competitive force in the market.
